产妇康抚按摩治疗产后病140例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察产妇康抚按摩治疗产后缺乳、乳胀、腰背痛、尿潴留、便秘等产后病的效果。方法:选择患有不同产后病的产妇140例,分别用不同的康抚按摩手法进行按摩,然后对其症状有无明显改善进行评价。结果:接受产妇康抚按摩的140例产妇,症状明显改善者129例,总有效率达92.1%。结论:产妇康抚按摩对治疗缺乳、乳胀、腰背痛、尿潴留、便秘五类产后病有积极的作用,可较好地促进产妇的康复,具有一定的临床应用和推广价值。Objective： To observe the effec of Kangfu massage for parturient on treating postpartum complications such as puerpera＇s hypogalactia breast expanding,low back pain,urine retention,constipation and other postpartum complications. Methods： To select 140 puerperas with postpartum complications, they were given different kinds of Kangfu massages and to observe the effect of releasing clinical symptoms. Results：The symptoms of 129 cases were improved significantly,and the total effective rate was 92. 1%. Conclusion： Kangfu massages have positve effect on the postpartum diseases. The massages can be used to promote the rehabilitation of women ,and has a clinical application and spreading value.
