摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者稳定期肺功能和生存质量的影响。方法:将70例COPD稳定期患者依数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上进行护理干预,包括疾病的相关知识讲座、呼吸训练,6个月后测定患者肺功能,并采用生存质量测评表(QOL)进行评估。结果:干预组患者肺功能指标有明显改善(P<0.05),生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可改善COPD患者肺功能,提高其生存质量。Objective ：To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the lung function and the life qualityof COPD patients on the stable stage. Methods： 70 patients were divided into control group and intervention group, tranditional care applied in the control group, and nursing intervention was added to the intervention group. 6 months later,the lung function was determined and the quality of life was assessed by the evaluation table of quality of life （QOL）. Results ： The lung function and the score of the quality of life in intervention group were improved than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention can improve the lung function and the life quality of COPD patients on the stable stage.
