摘　　要：针对目前振动信号测试系统的不足之处,研制了集成式多功能振动信号测试系统,适用于多路加速度及位移信号感应、滤波及放大处理、数据采集及分析。系统由传感器、集成式信号采集装置、计算机系统组成。集成式采集装置集信号调理电路、数据采集电路、通信电路、电源电路于一体,其中信号调理电路和数据采集由计算机编程控制,使软件与硬件有机结合在一起。系统自带电源,结构紧凑,集成度高,携带使用方便,测试操作简单易学,应用范围广。最后,经试验测试效果很好。The multifunctional vibration measuring system developed in this work is suitable for multi-channel acceleration and displacement signal acquisition,filtering,amplification and analysis.The system consistes of sensors,an integrated data acquisition device and a portable computer.The data acquisition system collects signal conditioning circuit,data acquisition circuit,communication circuit and power supply circuit into a whole,in which the signal conditioning circuit and data acquisition circuit are program-controlled by the computer,thus it combines the software and hardware organically.This is a self-powered,compact,high integrated,easy to use and easy to carry system,and it is of very wide application.Test result shows that the system is quite effective.
