摘　　要：根据社会主义核心价值体系的要求和海军部队的特点，海军官兵的核心价值观应当以“坚定信念、听党指挥；建功海洋、服务人民；敬业创新、英勇善战”为主要内容。针对价值观建设面临的挑战，应当加强党的创新理论教育，形成“破、立、防”相结合的教育机制，并把端正领导干部价值观作为关键，以此扎实推进海军官兵核心价值观建设。According to the requirement of the core of socialist value system and the characteristics of Navy, the core values of naval officers and soldiers should follow “firming faith, following the party＇s orders; setting up over the ocean, serving the people; devoting oneself to work with innovation, fighting valiantly and skillfully” as the main contents. Facing the challenge of the values construction, it is necessary to strengthen the innovative theories education of the Party, establish an educational mechanism, and regard correcting the values of the leaders as the key, thus to promote the core values construction of naval officers and soldiers.
