枳实消痞丸对大鼠血液中胃泌素和胃动素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究不同剂量枳实消痞丸对大鼠血液中胃泌素及胃动素含量的影响。方法50只大鼠分为正常对照组、阳性对照组及低、中和高剂量药物组,每组10只。正常对照组灌胃纯化水,低、中和高剂量药物组分别给予枳实消痞丸,相当于生药7.5,15.0和30.0g·kg-1,阳性对照组给予多潘立酮2.7mg·kg-1,容量均为10mL·kg-1。连续给药4周后用放免法测定血清胃泌素及血浆胃动素的含量。结果中、高剂量枳实消痞丸能显著提高血清胃泌素及血浆胃动素的含量。结论枳实消痞丸对胃肠动力的影响可能与其增加血清胃泌素及血浆胃动素的含量有关。Objective To investigate the influence of different dosages of zhishi xiaopi pill（ZSXPP） on blood gastrin （GAS） and motilin（MTL） in rats. Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups（ n = 10）, normal group treated with distilled water, high, middle and low dosage of ZSXPP groups （7.5, 15.0 and of 30. 0 g · kg^-1 of crude plants, respectively） and positive（ 10 mL · kg^-1 domperidonel of domperidone） control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the serum contents of gastrin and motilin were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results Contents of GAS and MTL in ZSXPP treated rats were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , compared with those in the normal group . Conclusion ZSXPP could promote gastric motivity, which may be associated with increasing the contents of GAS and MTL in the blood.
