摘  要:应用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,以一种建筑陶瓷—釉面砖为研究对象,对建筑陶瓷原材料开采、原料制备、成型加工、施釉、烧成生产、产品使用或废弃及运输等7个子过程进行了清单分析,并分别计算出能耗及对环境的影响。结果表明,1m2型号为VWH002NP的釉面砖生产,对环境总影响负荷为129.038毫人当量。建筑陶瓷生产对环境影响主要为固体废弃物,烟尘和灰尘,加权后的影响潜值分别为81.934毫人当量和24.061毫人当量,对局部地区的影响占据首位,同时对全球酸化和变暖的影响也不容忽视。Seven stages of the building ceramic such as raw materials mining, raw materials preparation, moulding processing, glazing, firing production, use or disposal of products and the transportation were analyzed by means of LCA. The energy consumption and the impact on environment in each stage were also collected and calculated. The result showed that the total loading of the impact on environment is 129.038mPET when lm^2 of VWH002NP glazed tile is produced. It is solid waste, the soot and dust that mainly cause the impact on environment, weighted the impact of latent values were 81.934mPET 和11 24.061mPET, which also play a significant role in the impact on the local region. At the same time, acidification and global warming impact should not be overlooked.
