摘　　要：文章阐述了农业科技型企业的范畴及科技创新对农业科技型企业发展的重要作用。分析了科技企业创新过程中存在科技创新体系不够完善、资金匮乏、农民传统耕作条件落后和忽视对创新人才的培养等方面的问题,提出了拓展资金来源渠道、做好对农民的宣传培训工作、凝聚科技人才力量、挖掘科技企业自身的创新优势等解决途径,从而实现科技型企业跨越式发展。The category of agricultural science and technology enterprises and the important effects of scientific and technological innovation to them were expounded. Problems in innovation of science and technology enterprise were analyzed, that is, imperfect of science and technology innovation system, shortage of funding, lag behind of farmers＇ traditional cultural condition, and neglecting the training of innovative personnel, etc. Furthermore, solutions were put forward in order to make the technology enterprises＇ great development come true ultimately, that is, opening up the capital source, doing more work on publicity and training to farmer, concentrating the strength of technological personnel and depending on the innovation predominance of agricultural science and technology enterprises themselves.
