发展基层党内民主:农村多元利益格局的整合路径——以四川省江油市白玉村等为例

摘　　要：农村基层党内民主是党内民主的微观基石,是农村基层民主政治建设的重要组成部分。在当今农村多元利益格局下,需植根于实践,探寻发展农村基层党内民主的途径,实现农村多元利益的有效整合。四川省绵阳市在社会主义新农村建设的过程中,从建立"三向"培养机制、实行党支部承诺制、设立"三级谈心组"、成立"致富合作小组"入手,加强农村基层党内民主建设,具有现实意义和借鉴价值。The development of democracy in rural area is the micro - foundation for the inner - Party democracy and also plays an important role in the political democratic construction. Under the circumstance of rural multiplication benefit patterns, we need to concentrate on practice to realize the effective integration of multiplication benefit patterns. During this process, what has been happening in Mianyang City is very significant and valuable in the development of democracy in the grassroots of rural area, where the ＂Three Orientation＂ training system, PCA by the Party branch, and ＂Three - level Confabulation Group＂ and ＂ Cooperative Groups for Joint Fortune＂ have been set up and functioned.
