摘　　要：BEST110型摩托车发动机离合器齿轮的精度,通过结合毛坯热处理、机械加工和最后的热处理等措施而得到改善,解决了发动机噪声过大的问题,同时实现了国产化。The engine gear＇s precision of BEST110 Motor-cycle is improved by the rough heat treatment, mechanical processing and last heat treatment, which solve the problem of noise. And at last the products are realized to be made in our country.
