摘 要:采用高温固相法合成蓝色Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,并且表征其晶体结构、激发光谱、发射光谱和余辉衰减特性.确定高温固相法合成该材料的最佳温度在1 200℃.XRD分析表明,所合成的样品为Sr2MgSi2O7晶体结构.发光粉体的激发光谱为一宽带连续谱,表明从紫外光至可见光均可激发该发光材料.发射光谱主峰位于470 nm附近.当Eu2+/Dy3+掺杂摩尔比是1/2时,发光材料的余辉效果最好,产品经自然光激发一段时间后,移至黑暗处,可持续8 h以上发出人眼可辨的蓝光.Long afterglow luminescent materials Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+ and Dy^3+ emitting blue light was synthesized by solid state method. The phosphor quartz structure, the excitation spectrum, the emission spectrum and the long decay curve were measured and analyzed. The optimum temperature of sintering was at 1 200 ℃. XRD pattern indicates that the phosphor is with Sr2MgSi2O7 crystal structure. The wide range of excitation wavelength indicates that the luminescent material could be excited by the light from ultraviolet ray to visible light. The main emission peak lied in near 470 nm. When the doping molar ratio of Eu^2+/Dy^3+ is 1/2, the afterglow effect of the luminescent material is best and after excited for a certain time by visible light, the sample is moved to dark place and gives off visible blue light for more than 8h.
