摘  要:对含有Ⅲ级杆组的高级机构应用优秀的三维机械设计软件Solidworks2007进行三维实体建模,并使用Solidworks2007中的运动仿真插件COSMOSMotion等对该实例机构的运动和受力进行仿真分析,得出构件的运动和动力特性.仿真结果证明该仿真分析方法简便可行,提高了机构的设计效率,具有很大的实用价值.To solve the advanced mechanism containing ternary-group, the non-linear system of equations needs solving, usually the numerical solution can only be obtained by the iteration method. Whether its algorithms can converge or not and the rate of convergent speed are decided by whether the initial value to choose is fit or not. Therefore solving this type problem is difficult. This paper uses plug-in COSMOSMotion to simulate the advanced mechanism that contains ternary-group based on the entity model building on SolidWorks, and motion and dynamic behavior is obtained. Using this simulation method can avoid solving the non-linear system of equations, which is feasible without complicated analysis, deduction and calculation, and the efficiency of mechanisms design is improved, Therefore the method is of importance to the application of the advanced mechanism design that contains ternary-group.
