摘 要:此共混乳液采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE)乳液和氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物(PVC-VDC)乳液以机械共混方法制得。考察了其微观形态、流变性及其成膜后的力学性能等,发现共混乳液具有一定的相容性,其拉伸强度与VAE胶膜相比有很大的提高。The stable VAE/PVC VDC blend emulsions which can be used as out door wall paints have been prepared from vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) emulsion and vinyl chloride vinylidene chloride copolymer (PVC VDC) emulsion through a emulsion blend technique. The results showed that the blend emulsions present Bingham fluid behaviors and the PVC VDC had a evident strengthing effect on VAE, the tension strength of the blend emulsions are three times of the VAE emulsion. Also, TEM and dynamic mechnical analysis tests indicated that VAE and PVC VDC has some compatibilities.
