双环埋线悬吊牵引法治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型先天性乳头内陷

摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ型乳头内陷的特点,并介绍一种简单、有效的微创手术方法。方法设计双环埋线矫正乳头内陷并于术后即刻起悬吊牵引持续至少2周。结果自2006年10月到2008年4月共治疗11例(19个)先天性乳头内陷和1例(2个)乳头平坦者。随访3～18个月,术后乳头、乳晕血运良好,乳头外形满意,感觉良好。仅1例复发,再次以同样方法矫正后,效果良好。结论该方法适合矫正Ⅰ、Ⅱ型先天性乳头内陷或乳头平坦、轮廓不明显的患者,手术操作简便,可靠有效。Objective To introduce a simple and effective microtrauma operative method for correcting inverted nipple. Methods Double hurled purse-string sutures were performed to correct the nipple inversion and stitch traction was applied during the immediate postoperative period, it would last 2 weeks at least. Results The follow-up period up to 18 months for 11 patients （19 nipples） shows validity of this technique. The advantages of this procedure are its simplicity, minimal scar and good sensation and function. Conclusion This is a simple, useful and dependable method for correcting inversed nipple of Grade I-Ⅱ or ill-defined nipples.
