资源型城市产业转型的有序演化与治理对策

摘　　要：资源型城市产业转型是一个全球性难题。本文基于耗散结构原理,将资源型城市产业转型划分为平衡态、过渡态和远离平衡态等三个阶段。通过构建资源型城市产业转型的有序演化模型,分析了不同演化状态下政策因素对改变城市的产业结构及变化趋势所起的不同作用,并提出了相应对策。Industrial transformation of resource-based city has become a global issue. This article based on the principles of dissipative structure and the industrial transformation of resource-based city, constructed the evolution mechanism and the path, analysed the different influence of policy on changing forward the policy of resource-based cities in the end. structure and changeable trend of industrial transformation, and put forward the policy of resource-based cities in the end.
