摘　　要：图书馆对知识进行有效的转移是促进知识创新、增强自身核心竞争力的重要途径。分析图书馆在知识转移过程中存在的问题,通过分析其障碍因素,提出构建图书馆知识转移保障体系及对策。Library is an important channel to effectively transfer and promote knowledge innovation, to strengthen the core competitive ability of libraries. Through an analysis of the impediments, the author proposes some suggestions to the construction of the guarantee system of the transference of knowledge in libraries and some countermeasures in the article.
