福建省重点田径传统校现状与后备人才培养机制创新研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查、访谈法和数理统计法,对福建省重点田径传统校田径后备人才的培养现状进行分析找出存在主要问题,从田径传统校后备人才培养机制创新角度提出福建重点田径传统校改革对策,为福建重点田径传统校的发展提供理论依据。Using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics to analyze and find the main problem of the situation of Training Status in Fujian traditional school track and field athletics, From the perspective that traditional school athletics reserve training mechanism innovation in Fujian traditional school, bring the development theory for Fujian competitive athletics.
