摘　　要：随着司法鉴定改革的深入,鉴定制度日益完善,但现有制度仍然存在着一些缺陷。有鉴于此,宜从鉴定机构的设置、鉴定人出庭作证、建立专家辅助人等方面予以完善,同时,应注意区分鉴定所涉及的两种事实。With the further reform of judicial appraisal, appraisal system is being increasingly perfected, but the system in existence still has some limitations. Wherefore, it ought to be perfected in the aspects of the setup of the appraisal institution, appraiser＇s appearing in court to bear witness, establishing the system of expert aides. At the same time, two kinds of facts related to the appraisal should be differentiated.
