Objective To investigate the occurrence rate of cerebrocardiovascular syndromes in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and analyze risk factors ofcerebrocardiovascular syndromes. Methods Using a specific questionnaire form, the occurrence rate of cerebrocardiovascular syndromes, and the interaction between cerebrocardiovascular syndromes and CKD were analyzed. Results Of 129 CKD patients from stage Ⅰ-Ⅴ, 57 were male and 72 were female. The main syndromes of CKD were hypertension ( 69.0 % ), anemia ( 44.2 % ), hyperlipidemia (43.4 % ), heart disease ( 41.9 % ) and diabetes mellitus ( 30.2 % ). Hypertension and the degression of GFR level were the risk factors of CKD patients with CVD syndrome, while the growth of CRP level, hyperlipidemia and the growth of age were all risk factors of cerebral syndrome. Conclusions The degression of GFR level, hypertension, the growth of CRP level, hyperlipemia and the growth of age are main risk factors of cerebrocardiovascular syndromes in CKD patients. It is vital to find the syndromes of CKD and their degree of impaction as early as possible and attach importance to the influence of the risk factors to CVD and CKD.
