冠状动脉造影术患者认知调查及健康教育模式探讨

摘  要:目的了解冠状动脉造影术患者对冠状动脉造影术的认知程度,指导护理人员有目的地进行健康宣教。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷量表,将我院心内科病房32例行冠脉造影术病人及急诊病房18例行冠脉造影术病人作为调查对象。结果心内科住院冠脉造影术病人认知程度总体上高于急诊冠脉造影术病人(P<0.05),但同一科室,病人对相关知识的认知程度受到手术次数、文化程度、生活环境等因素的影响,学历高及生活在市区的病人的认知程度较高(P<0.05)。护理人员的教育方式方法也对冠脉造影术的认知度有很大影响。结论冠脉造影术知识的健康教育水平有待提高,应重视健康教育的方式及方法。Objective To find out the knowledge of patients about coronary arteriography so as to help nurses give them suitable health education. Methods An investigation was conducted of 32 inpatients undergoing coronary arteriography and 18 patients undergoing emergency coronary arteriography through a self-designed questionnaire form. SPSS 12.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results Inpatients had a better knowledge about the procedure than did emergency patients (P〈0.05). Furthermore, the knowledge level about the procedure was influenced by the educational background and their living environment in both groups. Patients with histories of surgical procedures, better educational background and urban living environment had a significantly more knowledge about the procedure (P〈0.05). The health education method also influenced the knowledge greatly. Conclusions There is a need for the improvement of health education in patients about coronary arteriography, and a suitable education method is also important.
