摘　　要：反语是汉语中一种特殊的修辞格,从图形-背景论的角度讲,上下文语境或辞面义是背景,辞里义是一种有标记的图形。反语的认知特点符合人们从已知事物到未知事物的认知规律,符合认知的经济性特点,它体现的是人类认知创新的新途径。Irony is a kind of special figure of speech ,from the perspective of Figure-Ground theory ,the context or the apparent meaning of irony corresponds to the Ground, the intended meaning of irony corresponds to marked Figure. The cognitive character of irony accords with cognitive principle which human realizes world from known entities to unknown entities,and also serves to the economic characteristic of coguition,it is a new way of human＇s cognitive innovation.
