摘 要:有不少高水分农业物料,其水分往往含有丰富的营养物质。现有的收取水分的方法是通过机械压榨进行提取,剩余的物料则成为农业废弃物;而现有的干燥装置仅针对物料干燥,物料中的水分则任其蒸发。两种方法都会造成很大的浪费。传统的使用PLC进行干燥控制的方法是按照经验上的时间-温度函数曲线,通过编程实现控制,其目的是要实现干燥质量的最优化;但每一次待干燥物料的数量都是不相同的,所以通常提供的时间-温度函数往往不能确保每一次的干燥过程均按照最优的特性曲线进行。介绍一种结构简单、合理、冷凝与干燥效果好的装置和工艺,既能烘干片状农业物料,又能最大程度地回收物料中的水分。The main component of flaky agricultural material is water which always contains plenty of nutrition. The existing technology for acquiring water is by mechanical extrusion. But this method results in the waste of the residual material. While the existing drying equipment only dries the material and abandons water in it. Both of the methods cause great wastes. Traditional drying control method is programming by time-temperature functional curve based on the experience. It aims at optimizing drying quality. But quantities of different drying material also differs, which means generally offered time-temperature functional curve can not guarantee every drying process according to the optimized curve. This paper introduces a sort of simple, reasonable and efficient drying and condensing equipment and technology. It can not only dry flaky agricultural material in good quality but also recycle most of the water in the material.
