摘　　要：为了实现对智能电子设备IED的自我描述与配置管理,本文研究了智能电子设备(IED)的配置问题。文中首先研究了SCL的层次型对象模型和变电站配置描述语言SCL,然后详细分析了SCL文件的分层结构。在此基础上设计了IED配置器的框架结构,并依据SCL对象模型实现了符合IEC61850标准的IED配置器,对工程实践有一定的借鉴作用。To realize the self-description and configuration management of intelligent electronic device(IED),the issue involving intelligent electronic device(IED) configuration is discussed in this paper.Firstly the SCL object model and the substation configuration description language(SCL) are studied.And then,the structure of SCL file is analyzed in detail.Based on these the soft model and structure of IED configurator are designed.Finally,according to the SCL object model,the IED configureator based on IEC 61850 is designed.The results obtained from the study are of benefit for engineering practice.
