气田废弃泥浆清洁化处理方法研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着气田开发范围的不断扩大,气井数量逐年增多,在作业过程中,钻井、井下作业完井后,泥浆池一般用来排放废弃泥浆及井下作业返排液,这些液体中存在石油类、悬浮物(SS)和重金属等污染物。如果不进行治理,任其自然蒸发或向下渗滤,将会对工区内地下水资源、土壤环境及居民生产生活带来严重影响。针对苏里格气田目前自然条件和开发现状,开展废弃泥浆清洁化处理方法研究,对钻井泥浆液进行全面无害化处理,从而使气田环境得到最大限度的保护,促进气田的清洁发展。In recent years, with the development of the gas field, the number of gas wells increasing year by year. After the operations such as drilling, and completion ,the mud pool is used to discharge the wasted mud and flow-back liquid. In this kind of the liquid,there are lots of pollutants such as oil,suspended solids （SS）and heavy metals. If we don＇t treat the liquid,and after the natural evaporation or downward percolation, there will be a serious impact on groundwater resources, soil, environment and the life of residents of the region.For Sulige gas field, by the current natural and developmental conditions, we make a research to clear the wasted drilling processing,the mud has no harm to environment. So we will protect the environment of the promotion and a development. mud ,and after the gas field,make a promotion and a development.
