摘　　要：主要对油藏的储层和开发特征进行了研究,以油藏特征、单井动态分析、分区域对比、治理对策为研究思路,治定了控水稳油的开发技术对策,并在实际应用中取得了较好的开发效果。This paper mainly elaborates on reservoir characteristics of the reservoir and the reservoir characteristics of development, By means of research idea such as dynamic analysis Well, subregional contrast, counter measures.And we also has established the oil policy of development of water governance for the stability control technology, and it has been made better results in the practical application.
