摘　　要：关联供应链是面对当前资源、环境问题所提出的一种新型供应链管理模式。本文通过对实施关联供应链进行经济分析,讨论了关联供应链实施的基本条件,指出适当的环境罚款额度和原材料价格是关联供应链实施的驱动力,生产性废弃物再利用成本及产出规模是关联供应链具有经济性的关键因素。由此进一步分析了目前关联供应链实施过程中所面对的主要困难及障碍,提出了企业集团公司内部关联关系及共同出资契约合作的关联供应链构建模式,以及中小企业多关联关系构建措施等相应的实施对策。Related supply chain is a new supply chain management mode for the current resource and environment problems. Through the economic analysis of implementing related supply chain, elementary condition of the implementation was discussed and some viewpoints were put forward, such as penalty of environmental pollution and material price were the driving power of implementing related supply chain, the cost of reusing and the production scale of the wastes were the key factors for the realization of economic value. The difficulties and obstacles of the implementation of the related supply chain were deeply discussed. At last, the strategies of implementing related supply chain were advanced, including forming the related correlation within the group company, cooperation through co-fund contracts and construction of multi-related correlation for many small and medium-sized enterprises.
