浅谈城市政府职能对城市发展的影响

摘　　要：城市是人类的结晶,社会进步的摇篮,是经济、社会、政治、文化、科技发展的主要载体。城市发展的不同水平代表着一个国家经济发展的不同阶段,没有城市的发展,就没有现代文明。城市的发展对一个国家的综合国力具有重要的推动作用。针对城市发展的重要性,本文提出了影响城市发展的主要因素,即城市政府职能;探讨了在新世纪情况下,城市政府职能如何转变才能使城市更好更快地发展。City is the result of human-beings＇ civilization, the cradle of the society＇s development, the main carder of the economy, society, politics, culture, as well as the science-technology. Different developing levels of cities represent different stages of one country＇ s development of economy. The modem civilization cannot survive without the development of city. Therefore, the development of city is of great importance to a country, since which is so significant, this article has pointed out the main cause that effects the city＇s development - the function of City＇s government. It has also discussed how the function of city＇s government convert to enhance the city＇s better development in the new century.
