东部欠发达地区工业园区产业链构建研究——以山东省临沂市为例

摘　　要：为解决我国东部欠发达地区如何构建工业园区产业链问题,论文在分析了研究的必要性和可能性之后,根据生命周期理论提出产业链生命周期概念,在企业自生能力的基础上提出产业链发展能力概念作为构建产业链的理论基础,认为园区产业链的构建是在产业链不同生命阶段培育相应产业链发展能力的过程,最后对山东省临沂市工业园区产业链的构建进行对策分析。In order to solve the problem of the construction of industrial chain in industrial parks in East Developing Regions of China, the article has proposed the life cycle and development capability of industrial chain which are based on the theory of life cycle and the concept of enterprise＇s viability, after analyzing the necessity and possibility of the research. The main conclusion is that the construction of industrial chain in industrial parks is to promote its development capability according to the different periods of life cycle of industrial chain. Finally some countermeasures have been proposed to the construction of industrial chain in Linyi industrial parks.
