摘 要:通过对创意经济经典文献的分类综述,文章对创意经济的主要特征进行了分析。在此基础上提出创意经济的发展受到教育水平、经营环境以及媒体平台三大支点的影响和制约。通过采集跨国横截面数据进行结构方程建模,进一步检验了三者对消费性创意经济和生产性创意经济的支撑原理。实证说明,三大支点对于创意经济的发展具有不同程度的正向影响。最终依据实证结论,给出了我国城市发展创意经济的政策建议。Through reviewing and classifying classic literature on Creative Industries, this study analyzes three major characteristics of creative industries: culture as its base, flexible industrial chain, and interaction with audience. Based on these characteristics, we propose that the development of urban creative industries is affected by three fulcrums such as educational level, urban development environment and media platform. Through data collection and structural equation modeling, we further analyze the impact mechanism of these three fulcrums on demand and supply of creative industries, evidence shows that the three factors have various degrees of positive impact on the development of creative industries. Based on the empirical evidence, we also make policy proposals for the development of urban creative industries in China.
