银屑胶囊对小鼠尾部皮肤鳞片颗粒层形成的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨银屑胶囊治疗银屑病的药理学基础。方法:观察银屑胶囊对小鼠尾部皮肤鳞片颗粒层形成的影响。结果:银屑胶囊1.8 g/kg可使小鼠尾部皮肤有颗粒层鳞片明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:银屑胶囊可促进小鼠尾部皮肤鳞片颗粒层形成。Objective ： To observe the effect of Yin - Xie Capsule （YCP） on the granular cell proliferation of mouse tail. Methods：YCP was administered once a day for 14 days to mice. The granular cells of the mouse tail were measured by microscope. Results： Compared with the control, the granular cells of YCP group increased remarkably （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： YCP could accelerate the proliferation of granular cell of mouse tails.
