摘  要:研究了用煤渣和沸石作为填料的硝化滤器挂膜过程中动力学参数的变化规律,并对生物膜进行了电镜观察。结果表明:在挂膜过程中,总氨氮的降低遵循一级反应规律;一级反应的相关性随着时间的延长显著性增加,直至挂膜成熟稳定;煤渣和沸石填料挂膜的一级反应速率常数分别为0.744 d-1和0.679 d-1。The regularity of kinetics parameters was determined and biofilm surface was observed through microscopes during biofilm formation in nitrification filters by cinder and zeolite media. It was found that during biofilm formation the ammonia degradation followed the first -order dynamics which became more obvious as the time went on. This tendency was kept until the biofilm functional stabilization. The first - order dynamics degradation rate was 0. 744 d^-1 for cinder and 0. 679 d^-1 for zeolite.
