摘　　要：生产性服务业是为企业的生产活动提供中间性投入服务的行业,其形成是制造业的产业链条垂直分离的结果。虚拟化经营促进生产性服务业从制造业中分离,并加速了生产性服务业的发展。虚拟化经营对北京生产性服务业优化升级产业链条,提高其竞争力与创新力起着重大作用。最后提出基于虚拟化经营的北京生产性服务业区域互动、产业互动、产业集群式发展的战略思路。Producer services are industries providing intermediate inputs for industrial production, and they are formed from vertical separation of manufacturing industry chain. Virtual operations promote producer services to separate from the manufacturing sector to accelerate the development of producer services. Virtual operations play a major role in Beijing＇s producer services optimization and upgrading chain of the services industry, as well as enhancement of competitiveness and innovation of producer services. At last, the strategic thinking is provided for development of producer services of Beijing in the way of regional interaction, industrial interaction and industries cluster based on virtual operations.
