摘　　要：应用交流阻抗测量法，通过对微生物培养基阻抗及其变化的检测，找出微生物在生长繁殖过程中培养基阻抗变化的规律，绘出阻抗－时间曲线图，探讨用这种阻抗－时间曲线图进行微生物快速鉴定、药敏试验和临床应用的可能性．With alternate resistant measurement and through the test to resistance of microorganism and its change,the regularity of microorganism′s resistant change is discovered during its production and growth and the resistance time curve diagram is drawn.The fensibility is studied for the application of the diagram in a quick determinaation,allergy to drugs and clinical diagnosis.
