摘　　要：尽管改革开放初期,广州市与其他沿海地区一样,超常的经济增长在很大程度上得益于特殊的政策与区位优势。但一个不容否认的事实是,在经历了政策优势渐渐消失、要素与产品及区域竞争环境的不断改变之后,广州市的经济增长依然保持了强劲的活力与强大的竞争力,广州市的经济发展在经历了转轨过程的20多年后,已形成了许多自身所特有的鲜明特色。本文从城市化角度对广州市在转轨时期的经济发展经验进行分析,从中找出规律,进而探索广州城市化的新路径,以促进广州市经济发展。At the early stage of Reform and Opening period,like other coastal regions,Guangzhou's extremely fast economic growth was largely attributable to the special policy and geographic advantage.However,it goes without saying that since more than 20 years ago,the favorable policy has gradually decreased and changes have also occurred in the factors,products and regional competitive environment,and Guangzhou has undergone a period of transition while remaining a vibrant and competitive economy,which has been developing in a characteristic way.This essay reviews the history of Guangzhou economic development in the transitional time from the perspective of urbanization,and summarizes the underlying rules and new approaches to promote the economic development.
