摘　　要：目前,未成年人犯罪问题十分严重,触目惊心。这无论是在今天还是未来,其危害之巨大可想而知。未成年人既是社会的希望,又是社会良性发展的根基。而我国现有的未成年人司法制度已经远远不能适应社会发展的需要,并存在着不少的问题。应当重新构建我国的未成年人司法制度,以预防和减少未成年人犯罪。Nowadays,the problem of the juvenile delinquency is pressing and startling.Its damage is too large to be imaginable,not only in the time but also in the future.Tbe teenagers are both society＇s hope and the basis that society grows beneficially.However, the teenager judicial systems in our country has kept already away from adapting to the requirements of the times.And there are many issues in the systems.So It is high time to build the judicial systems of the teenagers,in order to avoid and down the nate of juvenile delinquency.
