摘　　要：民事补充责任在司法实践中越来越多地被适用。准确理解补充责任的概念及其特征,分清其与连带责任和不真正连带责任的区别,明确其诉讼形态,有助于在司法实践中更准确地适用补充责任。Civil supplementary responsibility is applied more and more in judicial practice. The correct understanding of the concept of it and its features, and clearly distinguishing the responsibility involved and non-involved responsibility are helpful to apply the supplementary responsibility in judicial practice.
