徽商兴衰对我国现代企业管理的借鉴意义

摘　　要：徽商以盐业、典当业、茶业、贩木为四大支柱,称雄三百年。徽商的兴衰启示人们:我国现代企业管理要以中国传统文化为内在基因,创新企业管理理论;要以人为本,着眼于以制度和文化建设为重点的人力资源的开发;要有与时俱进、融入时代潮流的眼光和勇气。With salt trade, pawn trade, tea trade and timber trade as its four pillar industry, Hui Shang had reigned supreme for three hundred years in China＇s history. Its rise and decline gives the enlightenment that modem enterprise management should be based on Chinese traditional culture, innovate the modem enterprise management theory. It should be human-oriented, and focus on the development of human resources, particularly the construction of systems and culture. It should maintain the spirit of keeping pace with the times.
