摘　　要：对用人单位和校友的广泛走访和调研表明,用人单位注重毕业生的专业知识,能力和综合素质,对我校毕业生的工作表现给予了好评。针对用人单位新的更高的要求,我校应进一步改革人才培养模式,提高教学质量及毕业生综合素质。The investigation of employers and school mates shows that employers attach importance to graduates＇ specialty knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality, and they give high appraisal for our graduates. According to the higher requirements for graduates, our university should further reform the mode of cultivating talents, promoting teaching quality and graduates＇ comprehensive quality.
