摘  要:首先叙述了俄制800MW机组汽动给水泵组主要设计技术指标和现状,详细介绍了采用热力学温差法计算泵组效率的原理及方法。经修正计算得出:小汽轮机相对内效率为70.78%,比设计值低10.22%;汽耗率为5.41kg/(kW.h),比设计值高1.03kg/(kW.h)。给水泵组效率为75.4%,比设计值低5.6%;总扬程为3 245.7m,比设计值低479.2m。通过诊断分析,指出了汽动给水泵出力不足和效率低的原因,为以后经济运行及改进提出建议。The key technical indexes and present state of 800MW unit steam feed pump are described in this paper. The prin-ciple and method to calculate the efficiency of the pump package by employing the thermodynamics temperature difference method are introduced. With correction computation, the internal efficiency ratio of small steam turbine is 70.78%, lower 10.22% than the design vale; the steam rate equals to 5.41kg/(kW·h), higher 1.03kg/(kW·h)than the design value. The efficiency of feed pump package is 75.4%, lower 5.6% than the design value; the total pumping head is 3 245.7m, lower 479.2m than the design value. By applying the diagnose analysis, the reasons for output shortage and lower efficiency of steam feed pump are obtained. The suggestions for further economic operation and improvement are proposed.
