离异家庭高中生198例心理健康测评分析

摘　　要：目的探讨离异家庭高中学生心理健康水平及个性特点。方法对广西部分地区离异家庭高中学生198例进行心理健康测查表（PHI）测查^[1]。结果离异家庭男生：病态人格（PSD）量表分高于离异家庭女生（9．74±3．52 vs 8．60±3．71，P〈0．05）；说谎分数（L）量表分低于非离异家庭男生（2．27±1．50 vs 2．66±1．54，P〈0．05），而诈病或装坏分数（F）量表分、PSD量表分高于非离异家庭男生（3．85±2．50 vs 3．06±2．31，9．74±3．52 vs 8．32±3．52，均P〈0．05）；无法回答的题目数（Q）量表分、L量表分低于全国常模（均P〈O．01）；F量表分和其余各临床量表分均高于全国常模（P〈0．01）。离异家庭女生：抑郁（DEP）量表分高于离异家庭男生（11．37±2．97 vs 9．91±3．16，P〈0．01）；F量表分、PSD和疑心量表分高于非离异家庭女生（3．12±2．70 vs 2．53±2．13，8．60±3．71 vs 7．16±3．21，7．97±3．80 vs 7．25±3．429，均P〈0．05）；Q、L量表分低于常模（均P〈0．01），除F量表分外，其余各临床量表分均高于全国常模（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论离异家庭高中生心理健康水平较低，应采取干预措施。Objective To investigate the mental health status and personality characteristics of senior high school students from divorced families in several areas. Methods Psychological health inspection（PHI） was made on a total of 198 senior high school students from divorced families in the parts of Guangxi region. Results In the male students from divorced families,the scores of psychopathic deviate（PSD） were higher than those of the female students from divorced families （9.74±3.52 vs 8.60±3.71, P 〈0.05）：The scores of L were lower than those of the male students from non-divorced families （2.27±1. 50 vs 2.66±1.54, P 〈0.05） ,but F,PSD were higher than those of the male students from non-divorced families （3.85 ±2.50 vs 3.06±2.31,9.74 ± 3.52 vs 8.32 ±3.52, both P 〈 0.05）. The scores of Q and L were lower than those of norm （both P 〈0.01） and the scores of F and all the rest clinical scale scores were higher than those of national norm （ P 〈0.01）. In the female students from divorced families,the scores of depression（DEP） were higher than those of the male students from divorced families （11.37±2.97 vs 9.91±3.16, P 〈 0.01）：The scores of F, PSD, hypochondria（HYP） were higher than those of the female students from nondivorced family （3.12±2.70 vs 2.53±2.13,8.60±3.71 vs 7.16±3.21,7.97±3.80 vs 7.25±3.43,all P 〈0.05）： The scores of Q and L were lower than those of norm （both P 〈0.01） and all the rest clinical scale scores were higher than those of national norm（ P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01） except the scores of F. Conclusion The psychological health level of the senior high school students from divorced families is relatively lower. It is necessary to adopt some intervenient measures to improve and enhance their psychological diathesis.
