摘  要:目的:探讨三维增强磁共振血管造影(3D CE MRA)技术在主动脉疾病中的应用价值。材料和方法:在83例3D CE MRA检查中,男性64例,女性19例,年龄平均58(29~84)岁。3D CE MRA主要参数为重复时间5ms,回波时间1.5ms,反转角50°。对比剂为钆-喷替酸萄甲胺(Gd-DTPA),剂量0.3mmol/kg,平均30ml。每次扫描时间为15s左右,不间断重复采集3次。图像重建采用最大信号强度投影和多层面重建。增强扫描前先行横断位FSE序列T_1WI、T_2WI,增强扫描后行横断位FSE T_1WI,可疑撕裂口处行Cine序列。重点观察主动脉有无动脉瘤、夹层、扩张或缩窄以及病变是否累及其分支。结果:83例主动脉及其主要分支均显示清晰,且达到诊断要求。其中动脉瘤32例、夹层动脉瘤37例、其他主动脉病变14例。结论:3D CE MRA可以很好地显示各种主动脉病变,帮助确定诊断。Purpose: To evaluate the value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE MRA) in evaluating the aortic disease. Materials and Methods: This study included 64 men and 19 women (mean age, 58 years). All patients were performed MRI examination with 3D CE MRA(repetition time 5 ms, echo time 1.5ms, flip angle 50°) after intravenous injection of Gd-DTPA (0.3mmol/ kg body weight) . The source images were subtracted from mask images followed by maximum intensity projection (MIP) reconstruction. Axial FSE T1 WI, T2WI scans were obtained before contrast, and FSE axial T1 WI obtained after contrast. Cine sequence was performed at tearing site. The focus is whether aorta is dissected or with aneurysm or dilated or narrowing and its branches is involved. Results: The aorta imaging is obtained clearly in all patients and is satisfied with diagnosis. 83 patients had various aortic diseases, including 37 patients with aortic dissection, 32 patients with aortic aneurysms, 14 patients with other aortic disease. Conclusion: 3D CE MRA is a reliable and robust technique for aorta imaging.
