高校图书馆图书资源利用分析和评价系统的开发与应用

摘　　要：对系统开发的目的、思路和功能作了介绍。利用该系统对藏书的借阅情况进行分析,得到多校区图书馆各典藏点可调整图书、压架图书和可增加复本量图书的清单,以方便图书资源的调整,使图书资源布局更趋合理。以多校区图书资源的调整和新书利用评价为例介绍了系统的实际应用,并用实际数据比较了借阅种数与藏书种数比、借阅册次与藏书册数比、借阅册数和藏书册数比等,得出用种数比和册数比更能准确地评价图书品种和复本的合理性。The purpose and idea for development of the system and its functions were described in this paper. The system was used to analyze the borrow situation of the collected books and to get a list of adjustable books, shelved books and multipliable duplicates of collected books in multi - campus libraries. It could facilitate the adjustment and make a more rational arrangement of book resources. Taking the adjustment and the assessment of new books utilization of book resources in multi - campus libraries for instance, a practical application of the system was introduced, and on basis of actual data, ratio of the circulated varieties over the collected varieties, times of circulated books over the collected books and ratio of circulated books over the collected books were compared. From the comparison, it was dear that ratio of varieties and ratio of books were more correct in assessing the rationality of the book varieties and duplicates.
