摘　　要：目的:探讨骨盆多发性骨折合并尿道损伤的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析22例合并尿道损伤、阴囊血肿、内脏损伤、骨盆不稳定骨折等进行的有效护理方法。结果:所有患者得到及时观察、准确治疗和精心护理,疗效满意,无1例发生严重并发症。结论:及时准确的病情观察、正确的处理是保证患者生命安全,减少并发症提高治愈率的重要保障。Objective To investigate the nursing methods for urethral injury complicating multi - pelvic fracture. Method The effective nursing of 22 patients with urethral injury, scrotum aematoma, visceral injury and unstable pelvic fracture were analysed retrospective- ly. Re^lts After the timely observation, fight treatment and careful nursing cares, none patients occurod serious complications, it brought about satisfactory effects. Conclusion Timely and correct observation, right treatment were essential for the health, reducing complications and improving cure ratio.
