摘　　要：目的:初步探讨"女性良性尿道增生"能否提出及诊治情况。方法:对6个月内收治的9例血尿或尿路刺激症状或尿路梗阻症状患者行尿道增生组织切除术及后继治疗并随访观察。结果:9例随访2～6个月,8例排尿正常,1例偶有尿频、尿不适感,查体皆无阳性发现,病理回报描述为上皮增生伴炎细胞浸润等。结论:"女性良性尿道增生"提法短期、小范围内指导临床诊治解决了相应患者的病痛,尚需长期、大范围地论证其合理性。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of benign urethral hyperplasia in female and its rationality. Method - Nine patinents with hematuria, irritative or obstructive symptoms succeeded to treat and follow -up for 6 months,with urethral hyperplasia were resected. Results During the follow - up period （2 - 6 months） ,9 cases examined without positive sign, 8 urinated normally, 1 had occasionally suprapubic pain. The pathologic description was benign urethral hyperplasia and inflammatory cellular infihration, and so on. Conclusion With the formulation on benign urethral hyperplasia in female, we cured some patients. Its rationality should be expounded and proved in long- term random sample.
