摘　　要：在国有商业银行财务重组和改制上市取得显著效果的大背景下,综合国内外已有的银行业国际化经营的理论研究成果,结合中国银行业面临着参与国际竞争的外在压力和实现全球化的内在要求,提出了我国银行跨国经营的政策建议。Under the background of great performance on state owned commercial bank financial regroup and shareholding system reform, this article combining the current academic researches on domestic and overseas bank industry globalization running, with the international competition pressure and internal globalization demand, raise some ideas to the transnational conduct of commercial bank in China.
