摘 要:将水文学与水力学相关模型结合起来,采用VB语言和MapX控件,开发了集数据采集、属性查询及结果显示等功能于一体的大沽河流域防洪决策支持系统。具体的技术路线是:用分布式概念性水文模型模拟流域内支流汇入水库和河道的流量,用一维水力学模型模拟洪水传播过程中河道内水位、流量的变化,用二维水力学模型模拟堤坝漫溢处的淹没范围。该系统的应用对青岛大沽河区域的防汛工作起到了积极作用。Based on a hydrological model and some hydraulic models, a decision-support system for flood control in Dagu River Basin, which is located in Qingdao, Shandong province, is established, with the functions of data conection, attribute inquiry and result display. The distributed hydrological model SWAT is used to simulate the inflow from the tributary to the reservoir and main stream, then the one-dimensional hydraulic model is used to simulate the discharge and water level in the channel and the two- dimensional one to simulate the flooded area when certain sections of the river banks are inundated or broken. The decision-support system for flood control, based on the display platform developed by MapX, has played an active role in flood control in Dagu River Basin.
