摘　　要：目的探讨吲哚-2,3-二酮的抗炎药理作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法制备二甲苯致小鼠耳部炎症、琼脂致大鼠足肿胀急性炎症模型,观察吲哚-2,3-二酮对小鼠耳部和大鼠足肿胀程度的影响。结果吲哚-2,3-二酮可抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,且呈明显的剂量依赖关系;对大鼠琼脂性足肿胀亦有明显抑制作用。结论吲哚-2,3-二酮有抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory action of 2,3-dioxoindoline. Methods A mouse model of the xylene induced ear inflammatory and the rat model of agar-induced hind paw edema were established. Anti-inflammatory effect of 2, 3-dioxoindoline on mouse ear swelling and rat hind paw edema was observed. Results 2,3-dioxoindoline produced obvious inhibitory effect on the mouse ear swelling and the rat hind paw edema in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion 2,3-dioxoindoline posesses the anti inflammatory action.
