摘　　要：从风险的一般定义出发,对城市供水风险进行了定义并分析了其内涵,给出了其函数表达式;对城市供水风险进行了分类并描述了其特征;在给出风险管理定义的基础上,阐述了城市供水风险管理的过程和方法,给出了供水保险的涵义,展望了供水保险的前景,并进行了供水保险框架设计.Based on the general definition of risk, the risk of urban water supply was defined and classified. The connotation and characteristics of the risk of urban water supply were discussed, and its functional expression was given. Then, based on the definition of risk management, the connotation as well as the process and the methods for risk management of urban water supply was expounded. Furthermore, the framework for water supply insurance was designed and its further development was prospected.
