摘 要:从郑州市五龙口污水处理厂活性污泥中分离出8株具有絮凝活性的微生物菌株,复筛得到1株高活性微生物絮凝剂产生菌,测定了该菌株不同培养条件下发酵液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率.结果显示,蔗糖20 g/L,NaNO31.5 g/L,K2HPO41 g/L,KCl 0.5 g/L,MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g/L,FeSO40.01 g/L,pH 12,温度35℃,摇床转速150 r/min,培养时间74 h为该菌株的最适培养条件.在该培养条件下,该菌株对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达94.98%.Eight microbial flocculant-producing bacteria were screened from active sludge of Zhengzhou Wulongkou wastewater treatment plant. One of them was proved to have high flocculating capability through re-screened and was named as the isolate 127^# . The optimal culture medium and the culture conditions of the isolate 127^# were established as follows: sucrose 20 g/L, sodium nitrate 1.5 g/L, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 1 g/L, potassium chloride 0.5 g/L, heptahydrate magnesium sulfate 0.5 g/L, ferrous sulfate 0.01 g/L; pH 12, temperature 35 ℃, shaker rotate speed 150 r/rain, culture time 74 h. Under the optimal culture conditions, the flocculating ratio was up to 94.98%.
