摘  要:用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及强度测试仪等对矿渣—粉煤灰混合胶凝材料的水化产物、硬化体微观结构及强度进行检测和分析,揭示矿渣粉—煤灰混合胶凝材料的水化作用过程及强度特征.结果表明:矿渣在激发剂作用下产生水化反应,玻璃体首先发生表面水解,进而引发粉煤灰的火山灰作用;混合材料的水化产物组分以水化硅酸钙凝胶为主,硬化体具有与油井水泥相类似的网络状微观结构;随养护时间增长,混合材料后期强度持续增加.Hydration products, microstructure and strength of slag-fly ash mixed with cementitious materials were measured and analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy etc. Composition and microstructure of hydration products were determined. Hydration and strength characteristics of slag-fly ash mixed cementitious materials were revealed. Results indicated that under the action of excitation agent, surface hydrolysis took place on the glass body firstly and hydration reaction of slag occurred. Then pozzolanic reaction of fly ash took place. Main compositions of hydration products for slag-fly ash mixed with cementitious materials were gelationous hydrated calcium silicate. Net-shaped microstructure in cementitious stone was similar to oil well cement stone. With the increase of curing time, the strength of cementitious stone increases continually in later period.
