摘  要:用Si/Al比为50的β沸石分子筛作催化剂,研究乙酸和辛醇的酯化反应,考察催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量、反应时间等对乙酸辛酯的酯收率的影响;比较用不同物质改性后的β沸石催化剂对酯化反应产率的影响;并对Si/Al比为25和50的β沸石及改质沸石的表面酸量和酸强度进行表征.结果表明,Si/Al比为50的H-β沸石分子筛具有较好的催化性能和选择性;适宜的反应条件:n(醇)∶n(酸)为1∶1.6,催化剂用量为6g/mol辛醇,反应时间为2.5h;酯收率达89%.Esterification reaction, performed with acetic acid and octanol, was studied. β-zeolite was used as catalyst in which the ratio of Si∶Al is 50. We studied the influence of catalyst consumption, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid and reaction time on esterification efficiency of n-octyl acetate. The β-zeolite was modified by different matter, and then we compared their effects on production efficiency of esterification reaction. When the ratio of Si∶Al is 25 to 50, the surface acid content and strength of β-zeolite and modified zeolite are characterized. The results indicate that the catalytic activity and selectivity of H-β-zeolite is excellent if the ratio of Si to Al is 50. Appropriate reaction condition is proposed: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 1 to 1.6, catalyst consumption is 6 g per molar octanol, reaction time is 2.5 h, and the esterification rate is over 89% under this condition.
